This 3-part course is designed to give you a broad overview of how we approach Quality at Housing Works. Part 1 will give you some background. Part 2 will touch on collecting and sharing data. Part 3 will walk you through how we structure an improvement project at Housing Works. It is also encouraged to watch the video in the Additional Resources as well as review the documents included.
